ONE: Sapling Press
I've been on the hunt for new stationery as I'm down to my last Rifle Paper Co. note card. While searching for new brands, I came across Sapling Press. Unfortunately, they didn't have everyday stationery, but they do have some funny occasional cards. Here are a few of my favs:
A couple months ago, I received a sample of Amika Nourishing Mask in my Birchbox. I immediately fell in love with it and ended up cashing in my points to buy a full-size tub. I have straight, highlighted, fine hair and have trouble finding products that are effective without being too heavy. Amika is the answer. It adds shine and moisture without weighing my hair down. Other reviewers with curly, thick texture raved about it, too. And, bonus, it smells insanely good. If you want to join Birchbox, click here.
THREE: Blackbird Market
Blackbird Market is located here on Johns Island. It's the perfect little grocery shop featuring local produce and products. They supply the store with fruits and veggies from their Wadmalaw farm and their NC site. They also offer fresh seafood, meat, cheese, and chicken. In the refrigerated section, Blackbird sells house made prepared foods. My favorite is their squash casserole! To die for! Recently, they've added daily meals. I haven't had a chance to try them yet, but I'm sure they're delicious. Check out Blackbird if you're ever en route to Kiawah!
I'm cutting this one a little short. I've been sick all week (thanks, Germy McGermersons at Disney) and need to lie down.
Hope you have an awesome weekend! See ya next Friday.
