Friday I'm in Love

It's Friday!  Thanks for stopping by to see what I'm digging this week.  Don't forget to pop over to the other gals' sites to see what they're loving, too: MishaKendraMary Beth, and Amanda.

ONE: Harper Lee's new novel

I just love Southern Gothic writers.  I think Tennessee Williams, Flannery O'Connor, and Harper Lee are literary geniuses.  So, of course, To Kill A Mockingbird is one of my all time favorite books.  I am thrilled at the announcement that Harper Lee is finally releasing a second novel.  I find it even more exciting that it's about the same characters and was actually written prior to TKAM.  This prequel/sequel is at the top of my summer reading list!

TWO: Crispy M&Ms

I'm so excited that Crispy M&Ms are back!!  I almost missed them in the store because they were disguised in a green bag.  Tricksters!

THREE:  Lonely Speck

If you're interested in astrophotography or enjoy seeing images of the Milky Way, Lonely Speck is an awesome site to visit.  Run by Ian Norman and Diana Southern it offers really amazing tips and tutorials to help photographers capture and edit starry pictures.  Following Ian's instruction, I took these two images a few months ago.  Once the weather warms up, I'd like to give it another go.

FOUR:  The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in LA

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon has been broadcasting all week from LA and the shows have been epic.  The Fresh Prince opening...Neil Young with Neil Young...Ellen, Reese Witherspoon, & Steve Carrell playing Password...Carl Reiner's jokes.  The biggest moment, though, has to be the Saved By the Bell mini-reunion!  It was so full of insider jokes.  And, bonus, no Screech!  Lisa Turtle was a little missed, though.  Jimmy's has to go to LA more often!

Have like a totally tubular weekend!  Smell ya later.  (Sorry, talking about Jimmy Fallon has me in 90s mode.)
